How much weight have you gained so far??

Ladies we are prego we are supposed to gain weight, that is healthy. Women should only be losing weight if they are overweight to begin with or if they were struggling with morning sickness than that is understandable.

Thanks ladies.. I don't think anyone is trying to be unhealthy or lose weight but personally when I'm not cautious and aware of what I eat and how fast the weight is coming on I can gain a very unhealthy amount of weight (80lbs, 50lbs) surely don't want that to happen again! that's all.

Totally understandable!:hugs:....that was more directed at the women who said they have lost weight or haven't gained any and are well in their second trimester.

Yes I agree. Obviously not gaining weight is unhealthy, but so is gaining an enormous amount of weight. I think a lot of us are very conscious of our gain because we want it to remain in the healthy range.
