How often do you change your bedding?

in the summer every week or somtimes twice a week and in the winter months every 2 weeks

i just think in the summer its more sweaty lol

Hardly ever I really struggle to do it and OH can never be arsed, so usually only gets done if my mum is visiting That's really bad, isn't it ? xx

at least twice a week, DH sweats terribly when he sleeps, I keep asking him to go to the doctors about it it's that bad, he gets soaked, so yeah, really often!

Also I do mine every week sometimes more. Love getting in a fresh bed I get excited about it too
