how often do you wash your babys clothes?!

Laila has clean clothes in a morning then pjs of an evening.. she only wears everything once then it's into the wash! 99% of her clothes are baby pink/white so I just do one wash a day of her stuff (i mainly do that many washes as I need her bibs/muslins.. not cos i've run out of clothes!). Her denims and darks I just wash with my clothes! x

Baby hates being fiddled with so changing clothes is a screaming match. She sleeps in a vest and blankets as room is very warm. Providing she does not dirty herself she stays in this till dinner time then I change her. She wears a baby grow downstairs (providing I don't have the fire on as she would overheat) and if this is still clean when I take it off then it does her the next day.

If we go out I would change her when I get back into baby grow and providing clthes are clean then they can be worn again.

Bibs and mussies I tend to do a wash every second day now of White things and that works ;)

We were going through about 10 outfits a day because Mika spits up/projectile vomits several times daily. He absolutely HATES bibs. I finally gave up though and since it is fairly warm in our house, he spends a lot of time in just a diaper... he seems comfy that way and OH and I are (in our own home) pretty much nudists, so I know he will grow up either in a diaper or naked!

I do put pajamas on him at night just for warmth's sake because OH and I sleep with the house fairly cool.

If you adds spoonful ofsoda crystals (under£1 a bag) to your was it helps clean the like a pre soaker soyoudont need as much soap and helps descale your machine.

clean clothes every morning and after evening baths, and any changes required in between then (like if I end up squirting him with milk or something haha) - I used to do laundry once a week (a few loads) now I do a load almost a load a day!

Fresh sleepsuit and vest everynight then the next day fresh clothes (if were having a lazy day she stays in the sleepsuit) .. she only wears her clothes once ... she wears everything she has then i wash it all in one go so i only wash her clothes around every 2 weeks .. lol.

Clean clothes & vest in the morning, clean babygro at night. Occasional midday changes if the nappy leaks or he vomits. Some clothes (jeans, cardis) do two days if they haven't been otherwise messed. Bibs tend to last only one feed.

Clean sheets weekly unless he's vomited on them.

I run the washing machine once a week with his things (he gets posh fabric softener, the rest of us have to put up with shop's own brand!)

We wash her clothes after a day of wearing them. I was shocked when my sister came over with her baby (who is 2 months older than mine) and she had her in the same sleepsuit day and night for 3 days! it was covered in sick up, food, the lot! I do not wear clothes that are dirty so i wouldnt expect my LO to

Rubie gets Fresh clothes in a morning, a fresh grow before bed and any she may need through the day. She has a habbit of peeing all over the place when having her nappy changed:laugh2: :laugh2:

I also wash after each wear :) x

I change Sapphira in the morning into an outfit & then into sleep suit before she goes to bed & then if she needs it i will change her other times as well. I wash her clothes after every wear & bibs after she has used them for one feed. I do washing every other day

Pretty much the same as my own. Jeans will get around 3 days out of, tops and jammies 2 days and vests & socks 1 day. Obviously if clothes have been piddled/pooped/sicked up/dribbled/got food on or anything then they'll get changed and washed earlier. I normally do around 2 washes of Harvey's stuff every week.

My LO had fresh day and night clothes every day, plus extra changes if there are any accidents. Use bibs/Skibz to keep them as fresh as possible now weaning...xxx

Ozzie has clean clothes every morning and night. He's usually sick on them after 5 minutes so he has a fresh change if that happens too. Our washing machine is constantly on the go in our house:blush:

B usually ends up pooing on 2 sets of babygrows & vests in the morning, then I'll put her into day clothes which usually survive from poo but she'll dribbles on that and occassionally be sick on them so that'll end up in the wash, in the evening she might poo on anothe baby grow as well. She poos with such force!!

Fresh clothes every day (plus change of clothes if needed) and clean pyjamas or babygrow every night. Several bibs a day. I change her sheets and blankets twice a week too.

Washing wise I get through 2-3 loads per week of just baby items.

Zander normally wears only one set of clothes a day so he gets changed in the morning out of his baby grow and into his day time clothes and then changed at night time again. everything is washed after one use apart from his jackets and cardigans if not dirty etc

We tend to wear babygros 90% of the time and I change her every morning after her bath and if it is still clean in the evening she will sleep in it. She pretty much permanently wears a bib and I've always got a muslin cloth to hand so most sick/dribbles end up on those and so her gro stays clean.

We probably do about 3 washes a week for all of our clothes - and to save detergent I just use one tablet (when it says 2 on the box) or half doses of powder and it still does the same job :)
