How often to BD?

My DH has low motility/morphology and I'm a bit confused as to how often we should BD during O. Should we do it every other day or every day?

Don't quote me on this, lol, but I was thinking the every other day was more for a low count than a motility issue. Either way, every other day is fine anyway, but if you want daily go for it!

Thanks - I wasn't sure if you are supposed to allow "recovery" time for the sperm to mature a bit but don't want to miss my peak O time - why does it have to be so complicated!

id say every other day would be fine too, as the pp said recovery time is good for sperm

My DH has low well pretty much everything so we BD every 2nd day. during the whole week that I know O is going to hit.
