This is from the Canadian website. You have to call a 1-866 number, have not tried it yet personally but will probably be doing so soon

I got 2 coupons for $1 off a product and one coupon for a "free replacement product"- I can use it on any product I want from them, shampoo, etc. You can call back once a month and they'll send you more stuff out.
