how to have a picture put as a 'spoiler'

I've seen a few threads where people have added photos but put them as spoilers and you've got to open the photo. How do I do this?

That little yellow face with the black line through the eyes is for spoilers. If you add your photo through photobucket or something similar you can highlight the link to the image and click the yellow face to wrap spoiler tags round it. For thr normal BnB uploaded photos I don't know if you can spoiler them.
