I'm 35 weeks with boy/girl twins. Just wondered if there were any signs that the heads engaged. For me I'm very achy under the bump, and there is a rounded shape that's quite firm just above my pubic bone.
Both babies have been head down throughout pregnancy. Any thoughts?
