How to link journal to siggy?

How do i do it

i been trying to do this for ages! mine just shows the whole thing, i tried using the globe button and it just puts this in (see sig)

I know some have it but its beyond me!

Do you mean like so it says "My pregnancy journal" or something or just the link to the journal?
