How to put a link to my journals in signature

Hello!

The link to my parenting journal in my signature didn't work anymore so I had to delete it.

I'd like to put a link to it, as well as to my old birthing story and my now pregnancy journal.

For example:
My birthing story
My pregnancy journal
My parenting journal

But when you click on them, it brings you right there.

Does anyone know how to do that?
