how to put link to journal in signature?

Does anyone know how to put a link to my pregnancy journal in my signature?

Copy and paste the url to your journal directly in your siggy. If you want tit to say "my journal" or something like that, use the button that looks like a globe with a link and paste your url there. (makes sure to hightlight the text that you want linked before you click the button)

Hope I didnt confuse you... Im not that good at giving these direction...

This format, but don't forget the starting and ending brackets.
