How to send by courier?

Im sending out a courier to collect something i have purchased. Ive decided to go with myHermes and it says to be able to send your parcel you must print a shipping label... How does this work as i havent got the parcel im arranging courier to collect on sellers behalf as she said it was too big for royal mail ahh has anyone done this before and know what to do?

Can you email a copy of the shipping label to the seller and ask them to print it out?

The seller will need to do it for you. I work in the industry and find alot of the time people purchase things and then run into problems when the seller wont assist. Just ask them nicely to help you out.
