How to swaddle?

And is it too late to start doing it at 10 weeks old?

LO settles to sleep great in the evening but cries when I put her into her basket during the day - this is only a recent thing as she used to sleep anywhere - so I thought swaddling may be a help. I have one of the grobag swaddling blankets but it just unravels when I try to use it!

We didn't start until LO was over her colic, so about 9 weeks.
I just use a big soft fleece blanket, rectangular in shape, fold a corner over to meet the bottom edge of the fleece then literally roll her up!
The swaddle was strong enough up until last week and she is now 21 weeks, almost 22 weeks old.
We did buy a swaddle bag thingy but it wasn't strong enough, LO needs a straight jacket...
