So how do you know you have EWCM when you have been bding and semen is left over?

Obviously if you want to get pregnant you have to BD and stuff gets left behind. So what do you do?

Put it into water: EWCM will ball up and sink to the bottom. Semen will dissolve.
Put it onto tissue paper: EWCM will sit on top. Semen will sink into.
Keep playing with it: EWCM will keep its consistency and stretchiness for ages (I've put EWCM into water, let it sink, then scooped it out again and still been able to stretch it). Semen will quickly disappear/stop being stretchy.
Smell it
I also read that semen will generally be gone within 12-14 hrs of sex - so you could wait that long too.
If there's any doubt, have sex. You have nothing to lose

So I was using Creighton Fertility model. I highly recommend finding an instructor to learn how to track cm. I was very lucky and conceived after 1 cycle trying with cm tracking. (We had been trying for 5 years prior.) to find an instructor google NaPro.
Anyways they teach semen is more watery less likely to stretch. They also suggest 1 hour after BDing to urinate and bare down doing 3 sets of Kagels. Then wiping until gone. If done properly the next day you should only see cm.

Great info. After 12 hours; Mine was clear and very stretchy.
I put it in a plastic disposable cup of water and it sunk to the bottom. I also seen there was a hint of string of blood in it. I pulled it out of the water and it was still very stretchy. I am confident to say it was a good amount of ewcm
