How to:

Join a gym, eat healthy. Thats all i can think of for now
 
Be sensible, eat 3 healthy meals a day.. get some exercise, even if it's just taking Ava for a walk every day. That's about all there is I can think of!
 
As above really,I have taken action and cut down on my carbs as I know it works for me!Lost a stone so far only 3.5st more to go!ha!!.xx
