How was your LO after 12 week vaccinations?

LO has his 12 week jabs on Thursday and just wondering how your LOs reacted? With his first set of jabs (8 weeks) he was really out of sorts - kept waking up screaming and was extremely pale throughout the day so I'm really hoping these ones aren't like that! Xx

Hannah had her 12 week jabs today & is a lot happier than after her first ones

My LO was way better after her 12 week vaccines than after her 8 week. The only thing is that they gave her the oral rotavirus vaccine which is a live vaccine so it gave her diarrhea for a while. She didn't seem bothered by the diarrhea at all and was her normal self, just peeing out her butt.

My DD was absolutely fine after her 12 week jabs. The only thing I noticed was that she spat up a little more which I'm assuming was due to the rotavirus drops. She was a nightmare after her 8 week ones!

One oral, one jab. E was okay but she did come down with a nasty cold. We're not sure whether it was a side effect or whether she would have got one anyway. She screamed less with her 12 weeks though.

A lot better than after the 8 week ones A little grouchy but nothing else. Freya got one oral and two jags, one in each thigh

Isla got one oral and three jabs! Normally it would be two jabs but because she has some native blood in her they give her an additional pneumococcal jab.

I could handle one jab, but when they poke her a second time and she looks at me like "how could you let them do that again?" it just breaks my heart! Short term pain for long term gain though! You get a nice 6 month break from vaccines after their 6 month jabs, going every two months in the beginning is awful!

It's 1 oral 1 jab now in the UK. They discontinued the meningitis C one until the one year set since July 1st x

Yep, my DD had hers on Tuesday and it was one oral, one jab. They didn't explain that the MenC had moved back, so I did come away wondering why it was only 1 jab.

Like the others have said, she was loads better after these 12 week jabs. She was fussy and had a high temp after the 8 weeks, but I just completely forgot she'd even had them done this time.

Thanks girls. He's had them done now! 1 jab and 1 oral - men c has been moved to the 12 month vaccinations. He seems fine in himself except he's just had a big bout of diarrhoea all over his bouncer! Not sure if that's related to the oral rotavirus vaccine as its a possible side effect according to nhs xx
