HSG - No pain!!

Just back from my HSG and wanted to let those of you who are worrying as I was that it was absolutely fine. The lady was very reassuring and explained the procedure in full detail beforehand. I would say that it is very similar to a smear, a little uncomfortable but not painful. It was all over in about 5 mins once I was up on the table. I watched the screen and saw the dye travelling along the tubes. The radiographer said she wasn't qualified to say what she could see but did let on that she thought it all looked ok.

I am relived, however am now wondering what the next step might be. I have another appointment with FS at the end of July so am hoping I will be pregnant by then but if not was wondering what they might suggest next?

I found the HSG painless also. They explained everything they were going to do during it, and i had a lovely nurse who chatted to me whilst it was being done.
I fell pregnant straight after it as well.
