HUGE HCG increase.... Normal? advice/opinions please

Hi ladies

I'm exactly 4+4. Last Wednesday I had bloods done and HCG was 58 at 3+4 and today (4+4) it's 2158. It's suppose to double every 48 - 72hr. In very early pregnancy 72hrs is more accurate. Mine is doubling every 31hrs. If it doubled everyone 42 - 72hrs should have been 400 - 600. Why such a huge number. The doctor was shocked also. Twins was even mentioned. What's your thoughts?

At 3w2d, my hcg levels were 39.

At 4w2d, my hcg levels were 2,900

At 5w2d, my levels were 18,025

Your levels look good to me---not too high. I only had one baby.

My doubling time is 32 hours and a friend of mine is at 27 hours. We each transferred 2 embryos so could be twins. Or could just be one healthy baby!
