also how fattening is it

YES!!! Charlie loves humous! Although it gives her garlic breath :D

Seren loves hummus especially on pittas bread sticks. Stinky garlic breath here too :)

It's high in fat but it's the 'good' fats.

I love it, it's pee easy and cheap to make :D

Guacamole is also great. Dead easy to make to - I just mash up an avocado, add garlic and lemon juice. I don't put chilli in if Seren is goimng to eat it. Avocado is a super fruit and is so good for you :)

oh how can u make it!!! do tell :D

we love humous as well, Olivia loves humous and olive sandwiches.

I make humous by blending together chickpeas, tahini (sesame seed paste), olive oil, garlic, and a splash of lemon juice. It's lovely

Homemade pesto for pasta is gorgeous too and another way of getting them to eat raw garlic which is so healthy for them.

 is the sesame seed past available from a supermarket and where would i find it? like wot department lol and how long does it keep sorry 4 qs im useless we food!!!

I get Tahini from Holland and Barret it's about 60p a jar. It's just creamed sesame seeds and comes in light and dark versions.

I use the light and keep it in the fridge, it lasts for ages :D
