Hunger pain changed after csection. You?

Since my section I've noticed that my hunger pains don't feel like the dull achey kind of way they have felt my whole life. Instead, its now a crampy type of feeling that radiates up to my upper abdomen, and actually gets a little painful if it goes on too long.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience? Did it go away or is this a permanent change?

I'm about 3 months pp.
