Can anyone recommend a good hypnobirthing book or an online hypnobirthing program?

I got a used copy of the Mongan method book, it was a good read but it's quite vague. I just ordered the hypnobabies program and from what I've seen it seems more structured and it's set up to be like the classes, doing certain things each week. I can't wait to start. You can look on ebay for used copies or order it from their website!
