I’m 3 cm dilated

So the doctor checked my cervix today and I’m 3 cm dilated now I’m worried if the baby comes early I don’t even have the car seat or a crib bought yet I’m starting to panic and have anxiety

When did you plan to buy them? 3cm at 37 is common. Go to the store and buy them....
