i am lost

hiya all, i have just got back from my scan were i found out my baby has died.
i dont know what to do i just feel ill like my hearts been ripped out. I went on my own for thw scan because my oh couldn't get time off work and now i'm on my own at home crying not knowing what to do.

So sorry for your loss ,
The same thing happened to me at my first scan for our first pregnancy last thursday and came as a huge shock to us. I had to have a ERPC on Monday which went as well as could be expected.

Just to let you know that I have found the support on here fantastic and not sure how i would've got through without being able to talk about things here.

I hope your OH gets home soon, it's an awful thing to have to go through. Take care xx

hi i lost my baby this time last week and it is hard huni but when your oh gets home you can cry your heart out with him, it is good to cry and try to stay positive its been a week for me and i can talk about our baby witout crying it does get easier i promise if you need to talk im here huni,

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my little one 6 weeks ago, and although the pain and heartache is still there it does get easier. Take care of yourself and take all the time you need to grieve.
