I've been trying to lose weight for a month now and decided to wait the full month before checking my pre-preg jeans and check my measurements (don't have any scales, so no idea about weight).
I have been following a low cal diet and doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. (Apart from the last week when I had a bad cold and couldn't be bothered exercising or eating well).
So after 1 month I have lost 1 inch off waist, 1 inch off hips, 1/2 inch off each arm and put on 1/2 inch on each leg (go figure!).
but best of all I can fit in 3 pairs of my pre-preg jeans!!!!!!!!!!!
The maternity jeans can finally go up into the attic!!!!!
