I can't believe what I've done

I'm due to have my lap an dye on Tuesday. The last one was cancelled and it's been four weeks since. I've been suffering with my sinuses for weeks now and ended up going to the doctors who told me if I don't get it sorted they may cancel my op. I'm on antibiotics and I've been told to steam my face. Unfortunately on Friday whilst steaming my face I poured a large bowl of boiling water down my tummy and legs and ended up getting rushed to hospital. I've burnt my legs pretty bad and they are all bandaged up. So now I've got burns and sinusitis. I'm hopeful that I can still go ahead with my lap and dye on tues despite everything!! I'm just feel like what ever could go wrong has! If my op is cancelled on Tuesday again I think I might have a break down!! I just want it done so I can move forward with our baby dream. It's been such a long time since we started and we can move forward to ivf until the laps done. I feel it's just in reach then it gets pulled further away.
Sorry for the moan ladies. I'm just having a little pity party.
Wish me luck for Tuesday fingers crossed I can still go ahead!!!

Oh wow, sounds like you're having a really tough time, it's hard enough having to deal with LTTTC let alone sinusitis and then burns on top of that, which must really hurt too! Dont blame you for venting - I'd certainly be doing the same - I dont have much advice but feel for you and hope sharing your frustration makes you feel a little better. Good luck for this week, you're definitely due some

Ouch! Sorry that happened sounds painful.

Have you ever tried those nasal rinses? They are very good in clearing up sinuses. You put salt and water into this plastic bottle and squeeze the water into one side of your nose and it comes out the other side. It sounds gross, but is wonderful for sinuses. I get chronic sinus infections due to allergies and this stuff works wonders.

I haven't frustrated20 but it seems ok at min. Will try next time. I've been on antibiotics for it and do far it seems to he ok. The good news is they did my lap yesterday but I'm in so much pain. It's not my week. the gas is trapped in my chest do when I try to stand up or when I breath it's excruciating. Feel like I've got a terrie stitch too. Drinking lots of peppermint tea so hoping I start to feel better soon.
