I can't change my avatar

I've tried a couple of times over the last few weeks to change my avatar to another piccy of my lil man and I keep getting this message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Any ideas?

The message appears because the picture you want to use is too big hun. Most of my photo's are on facebook so when this happens I download it from there and use that because the file size is much smaller xx
