Hi ladies,

So a new doctor found out that i have PCOS. He is wonderful. Anyway he put me now on primolut. And he wants to check my blood on CD20 after AF comes due to primolut.

Does anybody know what that means? And what he wants to check? Has anybody been through the same thing?

I am anxious and worried. Well I must admit i am actually worried after reading more about clomide. Maybe doc will put me on clomide. ooo i was sooo happy going to this new doc, but right now I am worried again, feel like i need a huge group hug, im scared and sad now....

*hugs*

The blood test is for your progesterone level, which will tell them if you ovulated or not. Clomid is often the first treatment for PCOS, and tbh it's not hugely bad to take, and can be quite effective. The other thing you may get is metformin, and told to try and get your weight to the normal range if it's too high.

PCOS sucks, but there are alot of girls here with it, and I've seen lots of PCOS girls get pregnant.
