I've said it...it's out there. I had this when pregnant with dd the smell of radox bubbles, fairy washing up liquid bubbles any thing soapy just knocks my socks off haha.
It's so intense! What on earth in my diet could I possible needs that makes me crave bubbles????

Anyone else got a bubble obsession?

I was the same during all 4 of my pregnancies, smelling soap / bubbles made my mouth water!

haha I know, I've treated myself to some Radox stress relief bubble bath today. Wild me!
I stood in the shop smelling them all trying to find the best one! its so weird...im so weird haha x

My weird craving this time has been bath bombs lol. For some reason, when I see them they make my mouth water. Admittedly I haven't actually had the impulse to put one in my mouth but bathing in one makes the craving go away. It's called pica when you crave things like that with no nutritional value but the reason pregnant women get it is unknown. Some doctors think it is because you are lacking iron or other vital minerals but I had it with my last pregnancy (last time it was sand that made my mouth water) even though I wasn't anemic and it ended up thankfully going away after birth. I couldn't go to the beach without wanting to lick the sand

Haha! My cousin used to fill a sponge with soapy water and suck it then spit out the water

Mine is toothpaste mainly. I brush my teeth so hard and chew on the toothbrush, I've got through about 10 toothbrushes so far this pregnancy because I'm destroying them lol. This time I got an electric one in the hope I'd chew less but that's ruined too!
Chewing gum can sometimes cure the craving for a minute or two, but I still find myself wanting to go to the bathroom and brush my teeth several times a day. Pregnancy is so weird!

ETA: I am severely anemic and am on iron tablets for it so perhaps that explains mine. Ice was another before I started my tablets, and for some reason I wanted to lick soil. Not eat it, just lick it lol!
