I Need Help!!!

Hello All,

First off let me tell you a bit of history.... back in Aug of 2012 i had missed my period so my lmp at that point was July 3... my hcg as very low so my doc sent me for an u/s, (Aug26)suppose to be about 7 weeks, but only a gestational sac was seen the doc said i probly OV later than usual but was only about 4-5 weeks, so i f/up on Sept 2,a yolk sac and HB was detected and the doc said i looked only about 5w5d and the HB was really low (51)... again i had to f/up.. on Sep 17 i had an u/s that no longer showed the HB and no growth.. i than had a D and C on Sept 19. NOW.... my lmp was Nov 13 2012.... i had a blood test on Dec20(hcg 7)... than again Dec27 (hcg 128) than again Dec 31 (hcg 1059). i than had an ultrasound that showed only a gestational sac ........ Once again i am suppose to be about 7 weeks 5 days as per lmp but the u/s is showing 4-5 weeks... Will i miscarry again??? Any info is really helpful.

Hi cuddly mommy - geez that is confusing! I wouldn't bank on a mc until you know for sure. I find the hcg levels a bit confusing bc of the drastic ranges.These are the typical ranges I found. What's promising with yours is that steady increase...

3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: <5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal females: <9.5 mIU/ml

Here's another possibility - after my first mc (after dnc as well) it tooka while for the hcg levels to go back down. What if your first hcg level on the 20th was a remnant from the prev mc - maybe you actually got pregnant shortly after that test?
