From what I know usually o is followed by 3 days of higher temps.your choke day 12 had a lower temp than cd11. I don't see when your temps have risen. Have you tried putting your temps into ovufreind or fertility friend? It will automatically figure it for you.

Yes i use fertility friend and ovagraph. But neither of them. Tell me anything.
