I probably shouldnt have done that??

I just ate a whole 450g tub of raspberry Yeo Valley probiotic yoghurt? Do you think thats okay??

Also does anyone know if Muller Rice is okay, as the ingredients state it contains egg?

I think the chances that it'll have had any bad side effects are slim to none :) You'll be fine!!
 
Well, that's possible! But it isn't likely to do any harm to your baby :)

Doubt it'll do anything bad though. Why would yoghurt cause any harm to baby?

I would have thought the muller rives would be ok too... It's the same with mayonnaise, it's been processed soothe eggs shouldn't have anything harmful in them. I wouldn't have thought to check the labels on things... I just eat them haha

I really dunno, probiotic yoghurts contain all that live bacteria stuff dont they?? I usually eat kiddies petit filous lol.

Yeah i guessed they would be okay, thought it was best to check though, i always freak out when i see 'egg' in ingredients :shrug:

Re yoghurt, you're absolutely fine. The probiotics in it is VERY helpful as it protects you from yeast infections and the like. I'm actually considering getting some probiotic vits as I have thrush this very minute. :growlmad:

Don't think you've eaten anything you shouldn't have, hon. Watch out a bit on your sugar intake, but it's not like you ate a whole chocolate cake or something. :haha:
 
You're fine. LOL. I swear if I worried about everything we're not supposed to eat, I'd be 5lbs. I still eat just about the same as I did before I was pregnant, I won't eat raw foods or anything, but remember, all the women before us didn't have crazy rules likes that, and they have lots of healthy babies that's what my dad says anyway :p I think chances of getting a disease or something are very slim. But that's my opinion.
 
You should be fine.......yogourt is not bad even if it has that active bacteria which helps the digestive system.
 
I have been eating muller rice a lot its allright bbe but if you not sure just dnt over do it and eat like 100 tubs lol xx
 
Thanks Ladies!! Well i feel fine lol, i suppose it was quite high in sugar i didnt think of that... But oh well there is worse food i could eat isnt there?? Plus it has its upsides- lots of calcium for baby's bones! xXx

And I mean, if you think there was enough sugar in it you can just stay away from sugar for a while, that's all.
