yay! although, I know it doesn't mean much and I can still be here for another 3 weeks or so I am also 1 cm dilated and I am feeling great today! Not like I could go run a marathon, but I'm not crying in miserable pain today! I still have some, but I've been sitting on my exercise ball a lot the past few days and omg does it feel so much better to sit on than the chair or couch!
