I signed this fake legal document (something FOB and his mum had written) saying i wouldn't go to CSA and that i received a certain amount of money from our house sale. It wasn't witnessed when i signed it, only me and FOB, nobody else. i dont think this is a legal document? i still have my copy.

- i asked for 50 pounds more as we're moving and i'd like to put it torwards the house we'd like but he said no he cant afford it.
he doesnt pay me the correct amount for his wage as it is...?

frustrating.
i dont want to get CSA involved if i'm going to get screwed over myself for signing that document.

x

i did that With LO reals dad and i've gone to CSA and Get £326 a month from £50 despite the email saying i wouldn't go to csa it's not legally binding it was done threw lawyers for all they know you didn't sign it they faked it

I worried because there was evidence of me saying i wouldn't but at the end of the day i was getting what my LO deserved and not what they thought she did

hun thats exactly what i thought. thats great ive heard a success story!
FOB earns a fair bit, he's just got a new job aswell, so god knows how much he earns now. facebook also told me that he has a new ipad and is going to a 'gaming' weekend which i know costs about 90 pounds.
he told me 'i cant afford too, especially as our house isnt selling, im starting to worry on where that money i give you is going'

isnt it only right that if i see fit, i can use some of it towards a better house (we live in a flat without a garden) to live in? with my partner and my girl?
seeing as though some other guy is bringing up his daughter its my contribution? as i cant work because im studying to be a teacher and cannot afford childcare costs.

or am i wrong to think that?
its so confusing.

bah.

You can go to their site and use their calculator.

Something along the lines of 10% of their wage a month? I can't remember exactly x

Its 15% of their wages. Wots ur private agreement right now? You can go to the CSA as yeh that document def doesn't sound legal and don't think it will stand, & obviously does earn alot more to make u go the extent of signing something! CSA are a bunch of useless twats. IF the father isn't cooperating...As long as he isn't self employed and has a secure job which ur confident he won't leave to fail paying child support then go for it.. but be prepared to be messed around and the hassle & make sure it is definitely worth it in the long run. Stories like this piss me off even more. I still haven't had any child support for my daughter!! Y do men want to dodge paying what they should be for THEIR child so much!!! xx

Im still waiting for money 18months on! CSA definately take their time but its worth it if it works for you.worth a shot? document doesnt sound legal.

That document isnt legal hun, If it was just you and FOB who was there, it could have been anyone signing it. It would be a different matter if you did that through a solicitor.

I got intouch with the CSA and they said that he was to pay me £215 a month and they give the option to do it through them or for him to put the money into my account. He only set up the payment for £130 and said he could afford any more after lots of arguments I stuck witht he £130 and he said he would pay half towards anything big that she needed etc..... But he never did was like getting blood out of a stone. So I told him to change the payments or I would go to CSA and get them to back date the payments aswell. He called me all the names under the sun then agreed to change it to the correct payment. I wish I just done it all through them in the first place. He always tells me how skint he is due to paying me all this money but it doesnt stop him going out every weekend and getting a new car.......

Id go to the CSA hun, It will take a little time but you will be better off in the end.

i went through csa with my daughters father..never had a problem always receive the money monthly ..i have never heard of this "form" before ..as children a lifetime commitment..he cant get a free pass because uze sold a house? u still need to provide for kids so that means he does too! MEN!! think they can get away with everything x:growlmad:

thanks ladies. seriously i feel as though it is like getting blood from a stone.

he has depression and thinks that i'll feel sorry for him, but i dont.

we moved 6 times when we left. 6 TIMES. my poor girl has had so much upset.
my new partner, bless him, has taken on amelia as his own and has so much responsibility. like a REAL father.

how do i go about CSA? its confusing

:flower: x

Do u have a private arrangement atm hun?

I feel the same about getting blood from a stone! althou I've had a letter saying I'm entitled to £0 a week as his quit his job!

You literally just ring CSA and make the claim on the phone. Google the number, I think I had the wrong department and then they gave me the correct number. If u have his address etc it will be straight forward for u. Good luck xx

yeah 150 a month, but its such a struggle to ask for it.

thanksss xxx
