Anyone else REALLY sensitive....??!

The sound of someone in the bathroom coughing REALLY made me hot and bothered, I'm currently in the doctors surgery waiting for the midwife, the sound of 2 people talking, her phone clicking, and now another woman's sweet wrappers and her eating is making me want to run away and hide...
