I would go to csa hun. I can't believe he has the cheek to think just because you have a car you can drive the whole way up to his house He should be coming to see his daughter not expecting you to bring her to him for him to probably not be in or something like that!

I agree on bringing a friend with you especially if you get csa claim put in he might not take that too well!

Yeah im ok! I thought id be worried about the court thing, but i no it was an empty threat, plus i have nothing to worry about anyways, if he took me to court he would get much less than what ive offered him lol

Thats what i thought, if he wants to see her he will make the effort, lets actually see if he will spend the money to see her! I doubt it though! I just tried to apply online, but it said i have to go to the job centre... so im confused now! lol

Im sure it wont go well when he finds out, but tough! lol

In an argument i was thrown the '' once we have a DNA test done '' line, Empty threat, he said it because he thought i was just being like, '' well im going to csa to get your money '' when infact im not, its for Ava, his child. his contribution to her upbringing. I dont understand why guys cant think before they speak, they get themselves into some F*cked up situations because they cant keep their mouths shut. !

i have been threatened with court since before lo was born- shes 4months old and i've still not been
men are just bullys.
if hes not interested, thats not your problem, i wouldnt be running after him.
i got that from fob too cause he cant drive.
i have also gone to csa now cause its not fair that they pay nothing and we get left to support lo's ourselves

Glad you didnt let his empty threat worry you. And I did think you were being very generous by suggesting to meet him closer to where he lives! Has he still only seen Scarlett once?

You can print an application form off the CSA website, thats what I did. xx

my ex was contacted two days after i had filled in application on the phone xx

they moved pretty quick in my case..think they aim to phone him in three days and if he doesnt answer they then send a letter which takes a bit longer

Says on the website they will contact him within 4 weeks of application. In my case it was 3 weeks and 5 days lol x I rang them exactly 4 weeks after they would have recieved it for an update and they had just faxed his work for earnings info x

Hi Lou..im sorry your having a rough time with your ex..men can be so pig headed. Why is it when when we talk of maintainence, they think we take their money to live it up..! If you bought nappies, milk and wipes for your baby, you'd be lucky to bet much change out of £30.00..!!

As for contact..i for one think you are doing the right thing, at least when your LO gets older you can always tell them that you never stopped their dad from seeing them.

Hold your head high..you sure are a FANTASTIC mum for putting you LO needs before yours..i wish you all the best..!!
