IBS

Does anyone else suffer from IBS and notice frequent flare ups now that pregnant? Any suggestions for relief?

Not sure if IBS but my stomach is upset and crampy.

Yes! I've a couple of pretty severe flare ups. Horrible. I have had to stop my meds aswell which doesn't help either. I've read IBS can get better or much worse in pregnancy, guess I lucked out on that one as mines much worse x

I've got some peppermint Rennie which I am chewing on when I start with the extra bloated feelings. I get all waterlogged, trapped gas and horrible diahorrea. I only feel better once I've been to the loo or farted! Sorry tmi! X
