babyhopes, I know it doesn't help much, but I'm in the same boat and it's so depressing, isn't it? My BFP was also at a mere 7DPO and all BFNs since. It feels like the universe is playing a cruel joke.

It could just take awhile, I always get positive ICs from 7dpo, but takes awhile to show up on other tests! You're not out yet, good luck!
