Icky question - help (beware tmi)

I ovulate really early, day 8ish.. So that makes me 9DPO. I keep having to go to the loo as it feels like my pants are really wet. When I look there's nothing there, no CM or anything. It's just really thin and wet.
Anyone got any ideas?

i know that cm can increase when you are pregnant so may be a good sign? xx
