i'coo Pluto pushchair, anyone have one??

I've just seen this pushchair and love it but I couldn't see if the footrest adjusted, neither could the lady in the shop, Google says it does but doesn't show a demo. Also what's the difference between the 10,& 11??
Any info would be great
