Hiya, we're heading towards an ICSI cycle late July. DH has had two SA tests - 1st one showed v low count (8 mil), poor morpology but good motility, 2nd showed improved count (but still low) but poor motility. So in reality there are days when he has low everything. But I also have low AMH & high FSH, so we mightnt even get to EC.

When are you going for ICSI?

My hubby's count is 20million
Motility is 50%
And morph has been 1-2%

Hi All,

If I can also jump in - my DH's results are normal count, normal motility but only 2% normal morphology.
What does this mean ? Should we be trying ICSI ? or do you think it can happen naturally - we are on our 8th cycle of trying.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated - feeling a bit deflated after receiving his results, and reading that anything below 4% is considered 'infertile'
