Ideas on what this could of been???

[Zebra Stars]

At 4 today i had a weird feeling in the sides of my belly lasting like 10seconds then a minute later again then 20 mins later again then 1 min larer ect.. but at half 5 it stopped but wernt painfull and i aint felt it since.
Any ideas what it could of been?
I thought maybe a contraction but they wouldnt of stopped or be that iregular plus they would of hurt

My contractions are like that, when I went in hospital with tightenings and they stopped labour that's what they felt like, but they were regular.
I'm getting them really irregular now, had a few yesterday and like 3 today, all close together, but nothing since
