If you where Induced with first, what about your second?

I was induced with my son due to being over due, now I'm 33+3 and this pregnancy is totally diferent, alot harder and alot more painful and I'm dreading going over due again.

If you where induced due to a beig overdue with first, did you go naturally with second or where u induced again?
I know everyone is diferent but I'm just hoping to get some hope this little madam comes on time x

Not what you want to hear, but my first was induced because my waters broke and labour didn't start. My second went overdue and I was induced again. This baby is apparently huge and I am probably going to be induced for a third time!

I looked this up online a few weeks ago and found that there were more people who were induced on #1, went on to be induced again on #2... only a few people went naturally on the second one!!!

Bummer I know..... I am in the same boat and am expecting to be induced again as there are no signs of anything happening on it's own...

I know she will come whenever she's ready but I really really hope she surprise me and turn up at 39ish weeks

My daughter was 13 days late (induced) my son was 9 days late (natural)

Ooh I'm stalking this thread. my mum had 4 children, all induced. I think I'll go the same way but if LO arrives naturally that would be a pleasant surprise .

Baby 1 : induced at 42 weeks, born 42+4

Baby 2 : induced at 42 weeks, born 42+1

Baby 3 : waters broke at 41+2, didn't progress so induced, born 42+3

I was induced at 41+3 wth first baby;

With 2nd baby we waited till later to induce, hoping that labor would begin naturally. Natural labor finally did start at 41+4, but then stalled as my contractions didnt get any closer together than 7-15 minutes apart. So i was induced at 41+6.

I was induced with my 1st on my due date and she arrived that same day- this was because she was measuring very big though.

My 2nd came all by himself at 38 weeks

I'm avoiding induction at all costs on my 3rd go

Baby #1 was induced 14 days overdue born with help from forceps.

baby #2 was 10 days over due and I went into labour naturally the morning before scheduled induction. Born by emergency c section after pushing for 3 hours. He wanted to come out facing up and got stuck.

Now that I am pregnant again I am trying to decide if I want a VBAC or scheduled csection. Technically I have not had a successful vaginal delivery so really don't know what to do.

I was induced with my first at 40wks - was expecting to go over my dates but then developed PE

With my 2nd I expected to go over my due date again and since I was planning a home birth I would just have to wait but I went into labour 39.5 wks

I was induced at 38w 4d due to PIH with my first. He was a large baby and ended up being delivered with forceps.

With my second I never got the chance to be induced because he was footling breech. I chose a c-section over a ECV (which my Dr. said after the surgery was the right choice since he was large and footling breech, he said most likely the ECV would not have worked). My c-section was 39w 1d and I think if he had been head down I would have ended up being induced again due to blood pressure issues.
