any remedies for a cold.... i need something, my head is stuffed with scouring pads and my nose holes are the size of NOTHING! so breathing through my mouth...as much as I can breathe due to little miss' bum in my diaphram.
need remedies guys please

Run the shower hot and make a steam room and sit in it for a while

I was just going to say steam out your system with a shower or the sink with a towel over your head. I also like a heating pad on my feet. I am weird like that!
