I'm 2cms! Yipee! UPDATE! BABY HERE!

I went for a routine growth scan this morning (I've been having them once a week as baby is very very tiny) and it went well. The consultant told us that he is very squished and tightly packed in!

She then offered me an internal.............and I was in SHOCK when she told me I was 2cms dilated and that she touched his head! I was then given a sweep

It thankfully was not as painful as I had imagined! I am booked in for my induction on Monday at 4pm if I havn't already had him!

He is my fighter baby as I had major surgery when I was 8 weeks pregnant and I was told he wouldn't survive! I am so happy I have made it this far!

Thanks ladies! I had no signs before I knew I was 2cms, not even a braxton hicks!

OH and I DTD this evening (sorry tmi!) and I've been having pains on and off ever since! (Pains especially in my thighs and bikini line)

I'm going to have a relaxing bath and see if that helps. xo

Updating! My pains continued on thursday night (19th) and I went to hospital at 12:30p.m. I'm not gona lie.....the pains were extreme!! I was only 3cms when I got examined.

My labour was recorded as 6 hours long! It was an amazing experience. My beautiful baby boy was born at 05:46 am on 20th August. He was 5lb 5oz. He is now up to 5lb 12oz all thanks to my fantastic magic mummy milk!

He is still very very tiny but we are home and all is well. He is lying in his moses basket as I type.

We still are undecided on his name. He is either Connor or Benjamin.
