im a bit worried regards temps plz read

well as some know had m/c last week at 5+4 and started temping cd 8. well im cd 10 and my temp seems ot have gone up cd 9 but down ish again cd 10 which is today. and I only started with ewcm yesterday!! am I best getting digitals or are normal opks ok and I can post here if need help with reading them ? I don't want to miss it. I am hoping can do something tonight
