omgggggggggggggg !!!!

Ive just found out maisies dad has been claiming JSA since before christmas and hes been luying to me about it saying he doesntget anything !! He has not given me a PENNY for maisie at all the cheeky fucker. When i ask him for money he has the cheek to tell me i get money for maisie in benefits and i should use that money to go to her not spending it all on myself ( which everyone who knows me knows my baby comes first to me in anything my baby never ever goes without and how he has the cheek to say that i dont fucking know ).

He said he cant afford to give me money for her out of JSA and then he starts questioning what i spend my money on and how it all runs out and that i should have loads of money left over from what i get for her !

Ive had enough now ive let him get away with so fucking much im just fedup now.

Can i take him to the csa when hes claiming jsa ? is he still entitled to give maisie some of that ??

if claiming benefits im sure they automatically stop £5 out of it and give it to you. i know its not a lot but why should he get to keep it!!!

Get onto csa asap. While he is on jsa he can't pay you a massive amount but they can find out how long he's been claiming and he will have to backpay you from that date. Cheeky sod

Yes you are entitled hun. FOB often says that to me i don't think he realises how much babies cost (i dont ask anything of him anyway) but 7 pounds just for forumla, then food, then he grows quickly, outfits get ruined... Defintely go to the csa if he can't come to a compromise between the two of you xx
