So I read the article on https://www.count-the-kicks.org.uk/advice/ which is very touching and very informative. My only problem is I AM TERRIFIED NOW! They mention that you should know your baby's movement routine. Madilyn no longer has a routine and hasn't since about 30 weeks she kind of just moves a little bit all the time there's no pattern. My doctor told me as long as I feel her 4-6 times a day or really once every hour then things are okay. I seriously just can't wait until she comes so I can see her and KNOW things are okay. But my question is, if she has no routine how the heck do I know if somethings wrong?

My bubs doesnt have a routine anymore either hun, go with wht your doctor says, 4-6 times a day, although here in the UK were told 10 kicks at least in 12 hours!

If your EVER concerned, ring the labour ward/midwife....its their job to have you checked out and reassured.

My midwife told me, when I had reduced movements, I could go down every single day to be monitored if I wanted too, they cant turn me away!
xx

Remember, your LO is running out of room in there! She's probably doing more growing than exercising. Just go by what your dotor said and you'll be fine :flower:

My LO has always been so active, since 14 weeks, since around 30ish weeks she has slowed down, but you know what is normal for your LO.
If you're ever worried give her a prod or have some cold water. My OH's mum tells me I shouldn't wake her, but it helps if I am worried about her!
If you are ever worried get checked out.

I think we're all going to constantly worry until our LO's are in our arms, and even then, we're still going to worry! the best thing I can say is if you feel that something is wrong, give your MW a call and get it checked out :) xx

When my cousin was pregnant she could never feel him move he rearley moved enough for her to feel.. She was never able to count the kicks and she now has a gorgeous ten year old boy... Try not to worry Hun, any movements is good I sometimes go a few hours with nothing and then he might start using my belly to practise his football skills :haha: aslong as it's not for a looooong period of time you feel absolutley nothing then everything should be fine :hugs: and if your ever worried you can always call your midwife for re-assurance :flower: xx

Shes just running out of room hun dont worry! as long as you are feeling squirms and movements about once an hour shes fine :) xxx

As long as you know what is normal for your LO it should be fine, and they do have slow days sometimes, but if you are ever worried just call your doctor. My LO's routine has changed so many times its hard to keep up with her, lol. Every where I read says if you feel at least 10 kicks in any given hour its ok, just wait until she is the most active and count how many kicks you feel in an hour.
