Yay Im so excited.
So basically Ive been leaking a couple of days since my sweep & I went to the hosp this morn cos hardly felt baby move and obviously to find out if the leaking is my waters. They monitored baby and they said shes fine, and then examined me and dont think its my waters(never did say wot they thought it was) & then the midwife done another sweep & said shes booked me in for an induction tomoz if I dont go by myself over night. Cos babies head is REALLY low down, Im still 2cm dialated & the waters are bulging and shes nr enuff fully engaged so she said as babies slowed down, ready and Im over and fed up they'd rather get it going now cos it basically already is, just going really slowly. Ive gotta ring up in the morn and they'll tell me a time I gotta be there & then their gonna put a pessary in to slowly get things moving and if nothing happens then their gonna break my waters if they dont go on their own. Eek im so excited and petrified! As its probs gonna b a looooong process ive stocked up on magazines and goodies! The midwife reckons I should def have her by sunday. At last Im getting somewhere.. & feel so lucky I havent gotta wait the whole 12 days over like some ppl! Wish me luck girls! xxx
