Im lost :(

I NEED to move out. I have a bit of money, I am going to try and wait until the 18th to have more money. I wont have the car (technically its DHs grandpas, so i cant take it). The biggest thing is I wont really have anywhere to go Thats been the one thing stopping me from going any time before now. I cant really go with anyone because I have my 3 kids and my dog. Those are the things I am not giving up, sorry to say especially the dog.
I am asking though because people can change their minds. Shoot, ill stay in a tent if i have to. Ill even consider a cheap hotel.
WWYD? Wait it out? Go anyway and apply straight away for child support/WAHM job?

Im on a waiting list for housing, BUT I have NO idea how much longer it will be. I need some place NOW not a year from now.

I would personally wait it out on the basis that no harm would come to you or the children in that time.. Sometimes a carefully planned mission have greater success and considering you have waited a bit already until you found a job you now should put money away to get your own place and a car. You must take into consideration the children will be unsettled with the changes so by securing somewhere stable for them would be the most important thing at the moment.

Once you have done that apply for child support in advance maybe 1 week or 2 before you move so it is underway in the interim.
