AF arrived this morning, 5 days earlier than expected so I'm no nearer to knowing what is happening with my cycles since coming off the pill my cycles have been 28, 33 and 28 days -.- grr. Felt a little upset that this month wasn't my month but hey ho. FX'd for next time I guess.

I'm not so sure now... what I thought was AF rearing her ugly head was a light pink discharge which turned brown and is now very little and only really when I wipe. Also haven't had my usual horribly painful first-day-of-AF cramps. Waiting to see what happens tomorrow, if it gets heavier and/or cramps start then I'll no to give up hope for this month!

Feel like I'm just fooling myself into having false hope bleeding has turned more red, still no cramps and still not very heavy though. I just don't know

My periods have never been the same since the BCP. I got from 25 day cycles to 33 day ones and everything in between.
Unfortunately it can take 12 months to TTC, and unfortunately for us, because we're young we can't be referred to fertility specialists until we're at least 23 or even 30 in some places!

I really wish I'd never taken the BCP tbh, it's just messed everything up do you remember what BCP you were on?
What?! I didn't know that! I hope it's 23 where I am... 30 is just too long to bare the thought of :S

I was on cerazette, which was awesome at the time as I never had a period. But I was on dianette before that, and I think if you're on that for a long time it can cause fertility problems
Yeah, I know. I'd never thought of it! And considering in having fertility problems now, I'm gutted that I won't be seen for another 13 months!

Oh no I think I was on Cerazette for a while but I didn't get along with it. That's one of the reasons I stopped taking mine, I'm a bit overly paranoid about how BC can effect fertility :S I'm sure you'll be fine though just make sure you keep at it and cross that 13 month bridge if/when you come to it I may be following suit shortly after!
