Implanon out now spotting a month later?

So October 22 I got the implanon out. I had sex november 1&forward. It's not November 22 & I'm spotting and cramping about a week ago I became naseuas every morning. What is going on?

I’ve never had that birth control so cannot comment on this one inparticulaur . Was just thinking it may be a side effect of stopping it while your body re-adjusts to a normal cycle again . good luck
